Embed RSS feeds with the rich text editor

External RSS feeds can be embedded using the rich text editor. Detailed instructions to embed content can be found in Lists: Embedding site content.

To access the RSS type, navigate to List and select the type of RSS within the Insert list screen:

• Enter the Feed URL of the RSS feed. This can be obtained in different ways, depending on the source
• Optionally, enter a Title for the RSS feed. Alternatively, if the RSS feed itself contains a title, select the check box next to Use feed title
• Select the number of items to show. The default is set to All
• Optionally, display any metadata

Click Insert to insert the RSS feed.

The configuration of the RSS feed will be shown as a yellow area in the edit mode of the rich-text editor.
