Dashboard panel - Comparison toolkit updates

The content within a dashboard is created by adding panels, and it is possible to add any number of panels to the dashboard. The comparison toolkit gives users the ability to compare legislation and answers between different countries using a structured (Q&A) or unstructured approach.

Comparison toolkit updates - The comparison toolkit updates panel gives the user the ability to show a list of content updates completed for a comparison toolkit:

  • Panel - You can select a different panel from this drop-down menu.
  • Title - Enter the title of the panel. You can hide the title by selecting the Hide title checkbox.
  • Source - The source field is where you select a comparison toolkit that you want to have the updates for.
  • Show updates for - You can select whether you want to show updates for all metadata labels, or you can select some specific metadata labels.
  • Merge updates for same metadata label? - Select either yes or no, whether you want to merge the updates for the same metadata labels. 
  • Metadata display - Select whether you want to show metadata labels, show metadata images or whether you want to show both.
  • Show editor name - Select yes or no depending on whether you want to show the editor name or not.
  • No of items to display - Enter how many items you want to display.
  • Total no of items - This is your overall total number of items. This allows you to display more items than what is selected above, but paginated. 
  • Show filters - You can choose whether you want to display filters or not. This allows users to be able to drill down and look for specific updates.
  • Display in - Select whether you want to display panel on all devices, or just desktop/tablet.
  • Panel class - This field allows you to apply custom designs using CSS. This is for advanced users.
