HighQ has partnered with Leverton and integrated their market-leading data extraction and document management platform into our AI Hub. This allows users to automatically push documents from HighQ into Leverton for data extraction, and then store the enriched data in AI Hub for use in the iSheets modules.
Leverton needs to be enabled at ASP level - please contact HighQ Support to request this. Once this has been done, the option is visible in AI Hub at System Level and can be configured.
Enabling Leverton at System level
This needs to be completed by someone with a System Admin role.
To use Leverton, a system administrator must first enable it at the system level. Navigate to your Profile > System admin > System settings:
The System settings screen is displayed:
Scroll down to AI Hub services configuration:
In the LEVERTON section, click More actions > Configure:
Add the instance URL and agree to the terms and conditions in the Configure screen.
Add the instance URL and agree to the terms and conditions.
When adding the instance url you do not need to include / at the end.
Click Accept and Save to apply the configuration.
Enable the AI service for sites
The AI service must be enabled so that each site may be configured to use it.
Scroll down to AI Hub services configuration:
Click Accept and Save to save the configuration.
This enables the engine for your instance, but leaves it switched off at the site level. This allows you to have more control over which files from which site are sent to which AI engine.
Click Save to save your changes.
Enabling Leverton at site level
To switch the engine on at the site level, navigate to your site and click Admin > AI Hub > Configure:
Provide a valid Leverton user name and password and click to Test the credentials entered.
Next add Leverton to a Project. The Project list will display all projects a user has access to. This can be more than one.
Select a Project and the Collection will be enabled. Select a Collection from the list or a new one can be created.
Click to Save the configuration.
Assign Leverton AI to a folder
You will need to assign Leverton at the Folder level. This is found under the Settings option when adding or editing a folder. Choose the Collection Type required and the Language to apply the correct analysis.
In Leverton, files that are in the same collection (i.e. folder) need to be about the same entity or asset.
Save any changes.
Once you save, you can see the selections you made as tags at the Folder level as shown in the image above - <Collection name><Collection type><Language>.
Once Leverton is added, users will still need to use the 'Manage' option in More Actions in order to map the folder to a particular document type and language.
If you try to set up the Leverton engine without doing this the following message will be displayed.
Extract data into an iSheet by choosing Leverton as the source of the AI engine.
- Leverton only accepts PDF documents.
- Leverton has no data available in the AI Hub as a source of Data Visualisation due to the data types not matching. This is something we are looking into providing at a later date.
- It is not possible to assign Leverton to both files and folders. If you select both then Leverton is disabled; please select either files or folders, and then assign Leverton.
Assign Leverton in the Admin module
A site admin may also assign the AI to files and folders in the Admin module. Navigate to the Admin module and click Manage in the AI Hub section.
Select the files and folders to analyse, then click Assign AI and Leverton.
In the Manage window, select a project from the list and if the selected folders are to be replicated in Leverton.
Click Save to apply the project selection.
Select a project from the list then click Save to apply the project selection.
You will see an information icon in the list of folders. This shows which project the folder has been assigned to.
Once this has been configured, any files dropped into the Files folder are then automatically sent to the AI Hub, processed and sent back to the folder.
View progress when processing files
You can see how many documents are processed by navigating to Admin > AI Hub > Insight:
The AI Hub insight page is a reporting page containing charts about analysis and data that has been extracted by the Leverton.
This data can be used to enrich iSheets and Data Visualisation.
