Rename folders

In the HighQ folder on the left-hand side of Outlook, right-click on a folder and choose Rename folder. Change the name of the folder and the listing will update with the updated folder name in Outlook and Collaborate.

You can change the name of the folder in Collaborate by using the More actions option and choose Edit details.

This will open the Edit folder window.

The name of the folder can be changed here and this will update in Collaborate and be reflected back in Outlook.

Drag and drop from your desktop

Select and click on a folder from the HighQ folder tree on the left within Outlook. Drag a new file into the folder.

A green icon will display if the file has been synced with Collaborate. If the file is still syncing a blue icon will display and if the file has synced with Collaborate but the content is still downloading an orange icon will display. A red icon will display if you do not have permission to add a file in the particular folder or if Outlook does not support the file type.

If the file is not supported a message will display in the Sync Errors that will have similar wording to that in the image below. The wording states that the file cannot be uploaded because Outlook does not support its file type.

Click here to find a list of the file types that are not supported.

Once the file has synced it will display in the corresponding folder in Collaborate. Use the Add option to add more files and these will update in the Collaborate folder of Outlook. Otherwise you can also drag and drop into Outlook from your desktop.

Use the More Actions option to delete a file. The file will be removed from the folder in Outlook.

Move folders

If folders are moved or placed within other folders these are reflected in both Collaborate and Outlook. Folders can be dragged and dropped in Outlook.

In Collaborate select the checkbox by each individual file or the checkbox at the top of the folder and then click Action.

The Move or Copy window displays. The file name being moved or copied is displayed at the top of the window. Choose a site and select folders. Once a folder has been selected the option to Move or Copy is available.

When items are moved or copied an email will be sent to the user advising them of the changes.

You may customise service emails.
